I’m Kristin Brenner, and I help overwhelmed moms build strong connection with their kids.

Parenting is the biggest job you will ever do, and it often leaves moms feeling exhausted, frustrated, and overwhelmed. You wake up at night wondering if you are giving your kids enough. Life is busy, and it can sometimes be hard to know what the right thing to do is, or worse, you know the right thing, but don’t have the energy or motivation to make it happen. We have all been there.

I believe parenting can and should be fun and rewarding. You want your children to grow to be good people who are autonomous and independent. You can learn to be the calm in the center of the storm for yourself and your kids. When you let your values guide your decisions, you can move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling energized, connected, and aligned.

With Integrity•Mind•Body Parent Coaching, I blend self-compassion and embodiment with simple, easy-to-use practices to explore how you can tune into your own inner wisdom as you guide your kids. You have within you everything you need to connect with your kids — I help you learn to shepherd those resources to create the relationships that you have been longing for.

Bio

I earned my MSW in 1997 and specialized in working with children, teens, and families.  While raising my own children, I began practicing yoga in 2002 in search of deeper connections in my life. On the yoga mat, I found a sense of coming home to an embodied practice. Around the same time, I participated in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program and began weaving mindfulness and meditation into my world.  As time went on, these practices became integral to my life, and I began the path to teaching yoga, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

My work encourages the incorporation of mindfulness and embodiment practices to develop internal awareness, all while coming from a place of lightness and fun. Coaching, mindfulness, and yoga sessions are uniquely designed to meet client’s needs so that each individual can find a sense of authenticity and leave feeling centered, grounded, and alive.
